Thai herbal chicken is a premium product raised with a focus on the well-being of the chickens. There are three key factors that make this chicken exceptional:
- Healthy Chickens Raised with Love and Care
Chickens are raised in spacious farms where they can move freely, enjoy sufficient sunlight, and are provided with hygienic environments, following EU animal welfare principles.
This stress-free lifestyle allows the chickens to grow into high-quality birds, rich in glutamate and low in cholesterol. - Slow Growth for Maximum Flavor
They are raised slowly for about 50 days without the use of antibiotics or growth hormones.
(For reference, the typical growth period for young chickens is around 40 days.)
This slower growth results in leaner birds with less excess fat, leading to finer, juicier meat that enhances the flavor and overall deliciousness. - Efforts and Manufacturing Methods
They received the International Innovation Award, which recognizes their breeding methods that comply with the principles of animal welfare.
In addition, our efforts to generate the energy needed to operate our own factory facilities on-site have been recognized by ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations), and we have been awarded the ASEAN Energy Award.
The manufacturing process includes flash freezing, which preserves the chicken’s flavor by locking in freshness and ensuring high-quality meat.
